Every profile and every posting

Two sides. One check in the middle.

A person at ÍSA reads every profile and every posting before anything is matched. Here is every step, from both sides.

For job seekers

From account to job offer.

  1. Create your account

    Email and password. Free.

  2. Upload your CV and fill in your profile

PDF or Word, up to 5 MB. Then seven short questions: role, sector, experience, area, start date, languages, permit. About 10 minutes.

  3. Pay 2.990 ISK once

By card through Teya. Your receipt arrives by email. Nothing else is charged, ever.

  4. We check your profile

A person reads it within one working day. If something is missing, we email you what to fix.

  5. We match you with postings

You get an email when an approved posting fits. All matches are in your dashboard.

  6. An employer asks for you

We ask you first. When you say yes, the employer gets your name, contact details and CV.

For employers

From posting to candidate.

  1. Create an employer account

Company name, reg. no. and a contact person. Free.

  2. Post a job

Role, place, pay, hours, start date and what you need. About 10 minutes.

  3. We review the posting

A person reads it within one working day. We may call with a question before it goes live.

  4. Meet the candidates

Matched profiles arrive in your dashboard. Ask for contact details when someone fits; we confirm with the candidate and release them.
