A person at ÍSA reads the posting. We may call you with a question before it goes live.

Matched profiles show experience, availability, languages and permit status. Ask for contact details when someone fits.

Every candidate is shown without name, photo or contact details. When someone fits, ask for them. We confirm with the candidate and release the details, usually within one working day.

Job seekers pay one fee of 2.990 ISK to ÍSA. You never pay them and they never pay you.
Common questions
Can I post more than one job?
Yes. Each posting is reviewed separately and has its own list of matched candidates.
Why was my posting not approved?
Usually missing pay, missing hours, or a job that needs a permit the posting does not mention. We email the reason. You can fix it and send it again.
Do you help with work permits?
No. We show each candidate’s permit status so you know before you ask for them.
