ÍSA Agency (Ísland Starf Agency) is a small, registered recruitment agency in Reykjavík. We connect people who want to work in Iceland with employers who need them, in plain language, for one clear fee.
Why we started
Many people arrive in Iceland ready to work and meet the same wall: listings in Icelandic, agencies with unclear fees, and employers who never reply. Employers, on their side, receive hundreds of CVs they have no way to check.
ÍSA sits in the middle. A person reads every profile and every posting. Job seekers pay once and know exactly what they pay for. Employers post for free and see experience before names.

A person at ÍSA reads every posting before it is published and every profile before it is sent. Nothing is approved automatically.
We protect your details
Employers see your experience, not your name, photo or contact details, until you agree to be contacted.
We say what things cost
Job seekers pay 2.990 ISK once. Employers pay nothing. There is no other price.
