Terms of service

The agreement between you and ÍSA Agency ehf. when you use isaagency.is, as a job seeker or an employer.

  1. Who we are

    ÍSA Agency ehf. (Ísland Starf Agency), reg. no., address and contact. The company that provides the service and that these terms are with.

  2. The service

    What ÍSA does: reviews profiles and postings, matches them, releases details on consent. What it does not do: guarantee a job, employ anyone, or handle permits.

  3. Your account

    One account per person or company. Accurate information. Keeping your password safe. You must be 18 or over.

  4. Job seekers: profile and fee

    The one-time fee of 2.990 ISK, what it covers, when it is charged, and that it includes VAT. Your duty to keep the profile true.

  5. Employers: postings and review

    Free postings. Every posting is reviewed before publication. Reasons a posting may be rejected. Pay and terms must follow Icelandic law and collective agreements.

  6. Release of candidate details

    Name, contact details and CV are released only after the candidate agrees. Employers may use released details only for the posting in question.

  7. Payment and refunds

    Payment through Teya. Failed payments are not charged. No refund once a profile has been reviewed. How to dispute a charge.

  8. Acceptable use

    No false information, no discrimination in postings, no scraping, no reselling or sharing of candidate details.

  9. Ending your account

    How to close your account, what happens to your data, and when ÍSA may close an account.

  10. Liability

    What ÍSA is and is not responsible for, within the limits of Icelandic law.

  11. Changes to these terms

    How we announce changes and when they take effect.
